The rooms were impressive, huge, came with a jacuzzi as well as a great jacuzzi tub. Great service was provided too.

Had a wonderful stay for my business trip. The staff were wonderfully friendly.- The hotel has an amazing location in a great area for walking.- Conveniently located close to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Botanical Gardens.

The Hampton Suites is very nice but downtown Buffalo still needs a lot of tlc. On Sunday morning when we were leaving there was almost no one on the streets which surprised us coming from Toronto where the downtown is bustling all the time.
Housekeeping did not come to our room until 5pm - we had been out all day and so we declined any service as we were exhausted and wanted to rest.

The hotel had great ratings and I definitely agree. It was close to where we were going. It was also close to Niagara Falls... Which was a great bonus for us since we live on southern Maryland. :)

It was walking distance to the convention center, which is where we went. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was an added plus.

Great location, very pleasant staff, very clean and modern. Very helpful in obtaining restaurant reservations etc.
The breakfast room was chaotic and the food was processed ( powdered eggs, processed french toast). Not good.

Really enjoyable stay of our family vacation. Amazing and incredible location, to find entertainment in the area. Based short walk to many downtown activities, several restaurants and Shea's, and great bars and restaurants and the Trolley to the Key Bank Center.

I spent this weekend with my husband in this hotel, everything was amazing!!! Especially the whirlpool!!!

As a solo female traveller, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Buffalo offered many safety features that I consider important when I travel alone. First, on site secure parking with a well lit parking lot. Next, key card was necessary to use the elevators, parking lot , pool making the hotel just for guest staying at theHampton Inn. Finally,Two restaurants in the hotel made it convenient for me to have a decent dinner. The free hot breakfast was great, more than just donuts and coffee. The staff was very helpful, my room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Thank You!
